Recruitment Division was eliminated at previous employer due to downsizing.
Contacted to assume the recruitment responsibility during the transition of investment
banking functions from the T. Rowe Price platform to the BNYM platform. Worked as
sole member of the BNYM Global Recruitment Team on this remote campus.
• Maintained the Taleo System for a 300-person project workforce.
• During this designated one year project, increased headcount by 50, including
full life cycle recruitment for various levels of investment banking positions
within Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Portfolio Accounting, Trade
Support, Pricing, and Security Valuation
• Responsible for all facets of onboarding for all new employees; actively
participating with employee relations on a consistent basis
• Created and maintained weekly Dashboard detailing metrics including position
open/close status, source tracking, interviews, time-to-fill
• Created Outreach Program, including active recruitment with Universities,
Veteran Programs, and organizations for individuals with disabilities
