have resolved cross-departmental problems and inefficiencies, flexibly and cost effectively.
2. Oversee junior HRIS staff on project specific level as well as act in advisory capacity for generalized
application and database development technique. Additionally, provide non HRIS user support and training
freeing up LAN services and reducing the wait time and frustration associated with malfunctioning software
and hardware.
3. Introduced and shared sophisticated object oriented programming techniques to greatly simplify and speed
up turnaround otherwise complex and time consuming reporting tasks, many of which were previously
unavailable. Technology introduced include RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodologies, diverse
languages (FLEX 3, ActionScript 3, Coldfusion, T-SQL) including custom data management and validation
systems that identify and are capable of rapidly identifying and resolving SAP specific data
integrity/consistency issues. These systems allow for accurate analytics, data validation/correction and

performance profiling and refinement. Determined and followed necessary testing procedures to ensure
solutions would fit existing hardware and networking environment. Oversight of access control, shared
resources, security and backups.

and recommending workable solutions that assist with rapid problem resolution.
6. Recognized and implemented modern application development architecture and technology including SOA,
HTML, javascript, AJAX, CSS, C#, XML, Stored Procedures and unit testing to enhance reliability and
integrity during modification processes.
7. Key application creation and modifications benefits include faster, more user-friendly, loosely coupled
(modular) architecture and interfaces. Allowing for the integration of diverse, large and irregular datasets that
work on multiple security tiers bringing the most relevant and comprehensive reports specific to each users
access permissions.
8. Examples include; HRmetrics, Resignation Intake Systems, Compensation Document Management, I9 and
Address Label modifications.
9. Created and outlined development and maintenance standards.
