metrics to CEO and EVP, QAPI and State/Federal Reporting (EEOC, Vets 100) using Ad-Hoc reports.
Design, development and implementation of Tidewell’s compensation plan and provide consultation, guidance and
support to managers and the HR team on compensation related issues.
Participates in salary surveys and monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation guidelines. Revises existing
plans and develops tools that coincide with compensation trends and organizational objectives.
Collaborates with the design, development and implementation of performance evaluation program including the
creation of the evaluation tool, merit matrix and department spreadsheets. Provides oversight to annual increases
to ensure consistent application of pay for performance modeling. Processes and calculates all merit increases and
annual incentive bonus.
Collaborates with the administration of the colleague health and welfare programs, including group health and
