This individual will be responsible for reviewing and executing change requests to systems access, defining security templates, and providing assistance on security design. Key responsibilities include testing security requirements, overseeing project planning, and supporting the Lawson HCM system. Requirements include 2-3 years of experience administering Lawson S3 and Landmark security, working in a fast-paced environment, and having expertise in Infor security concepts.

Job Responsibilities:
Review and execute authorized change requests for systemaccess toall Infor products: Lawson andLandmark including but limited
to: Lawson, IPA, ISS, TalentManagementand LBI.
Define appropriaterole based access and securitytemplates in accordancewith enterprise access control policies andgovernance.
Provide assistance, information and guidancere: security design and capabilities tobusiness owners in each operationalbusiness area
(Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, ProcurementandFinance).
Perform testing in developmentenvironment toensuresecurity requirements areaddressed.
Developsecurity documentationthatreflects role based access matrix.
Overseeproject planning andkey deliverableas required insupport oflife cycle upgrades, patches and fixes.
Supports theLawsonHumanCapital Management (HCM) system which includes HR, Payroll, Benefits andAbsenceManagement and the
integration with Infor Talent Management Global HR and
Compensation.Ensures thehighest levels ofend user satisfaction and data integrity.
Identifies and implements information business systemsolutions thatsupport moreefficientand effectivework performancebasedon
inherentknowledgeofbusiness functions,processes and Lawsonfunctionality.
Performs andcoordinates complex analysis, design,development, testing and supportservices for HRMapplications.
Prepares writtendocumentation ofvarious types: applicationdocumentation, analytical reports,functional specifications,training
manuals,status reports, etc.
Develops end-to-end workflow process for ITcustomers that depictour integratedapproach toimproving thework doneby a person or
department
Designs application security to insureappropriateaccess.
Tests and implements solutions;Prepares flow charts anddiagrams toillustratecurrent andfuture processes.
Invests timeto growskills and stay current withnewtechnology and business unit developments
Strong communication(oral and written) and presentation skills.
Knowledge ofintegration/interface designmethods.
Develops detailedend-userleveldocumentationas necessary for all developed applications, scripts orprocesses.
Participates inon-call rotation, with potentialto provide support outside ofrotation
Requirements:
Two to three ofyears ofexperienceas the adminstrator for Lawson S3 and/or Landmark security
Two to three years ofexperience withLawsonHRM.
Experienceusing the Infor Security Services toolISS Federation (also known as DSP) is desired.
Landmark ConfigurationConsoleExperienceis preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environmentwith changing priorities.
