Business Systems Analyst
Worked with cross functional teams that included stakeholders from HR, Payroll, Accounting,
Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, external vendors, PMO, Vendor Management Office
(VMO), Change Management, Release Management, Infrastructure, Enterprise Information
Systems development, the Enterprise Architect and senior level executives to support multiple
initiatives. This included the management and implementation of small, medium, and large
projects.
Experience managing projects and/or providing BSA and BA support for various types of projects
and for system enhancements. This included a custom consumer facing web based procurement
system with back office components for customer service, a paperless pay implementation for
Payroll / Treasury, a time management system re-write for a custom system, an absence
management migration, automating personnel actions for HR, and other ERP
(Payroll/HR/AP/Benefits/Employee Self Service) related initiatives.
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Upgrades and Enhancements that included an

of (oracle). Worked with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Change Initiators to ensure that
project change requests were processed. Business License Management software development.
Managed a Cloud based Infor Learning Management System (LMS) implementation in 2016. The
ERP vendor hosts this software with Amazon web services (AWS). Managed Merger and Spin-Off
program(s) to include a CRA reporting implementation, ensured that subject matter experts
(SME’s) documented impacts to cost centers, created Initiation Plans, managed scope, created
project plans, go live checklists, maintained issues log, managed risks, created project reports,
monitored allocated vs. actual hours for resources that were assigned. Managed software and data
migrations. Created business requirements, process flows and system documentation where
applicable. Oversaw execution of all related tasks from Initiation thru Implementation. Currently

Provided support to call center analysts during the launch of a consumer facing procurement (P2P)
application. Supported Feasibility and POC studies for new products such as mobile device

This steel company was valued at 4.2 billion dollars. It was the second largest mini-mill steel
producer in North America. They produced steel beams and rebar using a mixture of metals and
alloys including crushed cars. Steel by products such as aluminum were recycled onsite.

Project Lead supporting multiple sites. Responsible for three ERP systems there and served as
backup support for the Oracle Financials GL application. This included a packaged Web based
MRO Procurement and EAM application running on Linux that is distributed by Infor/Datastream,
the second was an enterprise level ERP / AP system that was purchased and modified in house, the
third was a Raw Materials procurement and POS management package that we purchased and
modified in house. SOX section 404 exposure. Created and ran oracle reports using various tools.
Adept with SQL and oracle stored procedures. Assisted with the creation of a Cognos reporting

Prior experience as a Programmer Analyst and Project Lead so I am capable of understanding the
