at Unilever include the joint ownership and the responsibility, the identification of the individual
talents at all the labels, the rule of having same principles in the same language around the world,
and transparency
Similarly, the process of job analysis is very systematic, where each step and process is planned
well ahead and is in accordance with the needs and requirements of the organization
Also, the entire developmental processes of the employees are not restricted at the senior levels
but stars from the initial recruitment process
