Scope: Saudi Aramco is currently developing a large world‐scale electric power plant adjacent to the
400,000 BPD grassroots Jazan Refinery & Terminal Project being developed in the Jazan Economic City
(JEC) in Saudi Arabia. The power plant will be based on Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (JIGCC)
technology. As part of this project, package identified by Saudi Aramco as EPC 5 comprises of various
buildings, electrical, instrumentation, piping, metering systems, fire protection, structural steel, shelters,
foundations, roads, parking and civil work inside the physical boundary limits of the units.

i) Position: Construction Manager – Electro‐Mechanical – July 2015 to present
Responsible for the execution of electro‐mechanical works related to Jazan Integrated Gasification
Combined Cycle utilities and Common Facilities (JIGCC) at JRTP Jazan, Saudi Arabia.
Project Responsibilities:
Ensures the correct termination of the electro‐mechanical construction works in accordance with
the design specifications and the Saudi ARAMCO quality regulations and codes.
Responsible for the development of construction sequences and construction procedures.
Coordinate activities of subcontractors, verifying availability of its resources.
Responsible for the application of Environment, Safety & Health regulations during the works
execution in accordance to Saudi ARAMCO standards.

required Balance of Plant systems, including 132kV Sub‐Station #8159 for SEC‐COA.
ii) Position: Site Manager /Senior Electrical Engineer – Jan 2011 to June 2015
Overall responsible for Riyadh Power Plant # 9 site management, planning, scheduling and execution of
all discipline works (Electrical, I&C, Mechanical and Civil) related PP‐9 project closing agreement works
with client Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
Project Responsibilities:
Managed multiple engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities for
various electro‐mechanical systems, plant DCS system and low current systems.
Drafted official correspondences, regular & contractual letters and document transmittals to client
(SEC) for approval signatures of Project Manager.
