Ingredients
½ cups of flour
½ cup of sugar
¾ cups of rolled oats
100grams of butter
½ teaspoon of baking Soda
2 table spoons of boiling water
7. These are the Steps
1. Mix the flour ,sugar, rolled oats and coconut in a bowl
2. Melt the butter and golden syrup. Then add the boiling water. The
mixture will foam up . Add in a saucepan use a low heat.
3. Put the baking soda in a cup. Add to the mixture of butter and golden
syrup.
4. The liquid mixture into the flour mixture. Stir.
5. Grease a baking tray. Put table spoonsful of the mixture onto the tray.
Keep them about 4cm apart.
6. Bake at 180degrees for about 15 minutes or until the biscuits are a
golden colour
