Speed the prep of Sweet Potato Casserole using Pampered Chef Quick Cooker

1. Easy Sweet Potato Casserole
Speed it up with the
Quick Cooker!
Arrange 8 large sweet potatoes &
1 c. water in main vessle.
Pressure cook for 18 minutes

2. Slip off skins
and discard

4. Mash well

5. The Vanilla!
Add 1 tsp of Pampered
Chef Double Strength
Madagascar Bourbon
Pure Vanilla (2 tsp if
single strength
vanilla)

6. Add:
● 4 eggs
● ⅔ c. very
soft butter
● 1 cup milk
● 1 cup sugar
● 1/2 c.
brown sugar

7. Combine
well

8. Spread into Stoneware Rectangular Baker

9. Mix Topping
● 2 c. chopped pecans
● 1 c. brown sugar
● ⅔ c. flour
● ⅔ c. melted butter

10. Stir to
combine
topping
ingredients

11. Spread topping evenly over
potato mixture
Bake at 350F for about 40
minutes
