security, protection, encouragement,
agreement of service, and conditions of
work.
BACKGROUND OF RESEARCH
Employees are the most important part of an organization.
But as we study in different research papers that employee
satisfaction organization culture and job security effect the
performance of the employees
In different firms. For achieving the desirous set goals of
organization, there is a dire need to motivate employees
and built a certain environment of job security, employee
enjoyment of the work on the basis of their working skills,
creative works and work performance. Exciting their work
with whole hearted satisfaction. There are some Issues we
observe in Indus Hospital which effect the employee
performance due to employee satisfaction and we conduct the
research .
PROBLEM STATEMENT
• Employee satisfaction is affecting the employee
performance and declining productivity and loyalty
of employees in Health Care Organization

Luthans (2000) highlights (Salary, Promotion, job
circumstance/security, protection, bonus, promotions,
commission at work, tips, gratuities and gifts), these types of
rewards can be utilize to enhance the performance of
employees in the organization
Hunter et al (1990) the employees those are well motivated
are more productive and willing to work any time, also have
focus and attention in the direction of organizational goals but
those labor/workforce are facing low level of motivation, they
are not productive
The first aspect of internal motivation come from individual and
second comes from external motivation that applied by the
association/management (Chukwuma and Dr. Obiefuna 2014)

CONCLUSION
RESEARCH FINDINGS
• It has been found that job security, Job
Satisfaction and organization culture has a
significant impact on the employee Performance.
• The hard work of the employees need to be
appreciated and motivate.
• The greater the employee satisfaction, the better
it is for the organization .
PRACTICAL SIGNIFICANCE
• In future, this research will play a important role
for Hospital industry to provide the positive
approach and explain the limitations of gaps
between the performance of employee and
employee satisfaction to enhance the organization
performance
• It could also help in filling the gap of the HR
Practices in Hospital industry.
LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
• Due to academic reasons, time was restrained and
it had to be completed on given deadlines.
CONCLUSION OF RESEARCH
• The issues correlated with the job satisfaction and
job performance to use appropriate
methodologies
which gives the convincing results in the
employee performance.
FUTURE
RECOMMENDATION
• Hospital Industry should create happy work place, job
security and satisfaction for employee .
• There should be trust and relationship between employee
and senior management
• There are some variables which effect the employee
satisfaction which should be study in future and find out the
their mediating effect.

RESEARCH FINDINGS • It has been found that job security, Job Satisfaction and organization culture has a significant impact on the employee Performance. • The hard work of the employees need to be appreciated and motivate. • The greater the employee satisfaction, the better it is for the organization .

PRACTICAL SIGNIFICANCE • In future, this research will play a important role for Hospital industry to provide the positive approach and explain the limitations of gaps between the performance of employee and employee satisfaction to enhance the organization performance • It could also help in filling the gap of the HR Practices in Hospital industry.
  • 30. LIMITATION OF THE STUDY • Due to academic reasons, time was restrained and it had to be completed on given deadlines.
  • 31. CONCLUSION OF RESEARCH • The issues correlated with the job satisfaction and job performance to use appropriate methodologies which gives the convincing results in the employee performance.

FUTURE RECOMMENDATION • Hospital Industry should create happy work place, job security and satisfaction for employee . • There should be trust and relationship between employee and senior management • There are some variables which effect the employee satisfaction which should be study in future and find out the their mediating effect.
