1. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
an equipment sales and service organization serving the commercial aquatics / swimming pool and waterpark
markets in California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Texas and Oklahoma. We have three (3) regional offices:
Santa Ana and Livermore, CA and Addison, TX.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Addison, Texas office. The responsibilities and
requirements of this position are:
• Respond to customer inquiries for replacement parts, chemicals, equipment, etc.
• Develop and process sales through coordination with outside sales representatives, marketing efforts,
service personnel, etc.
• Process quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, return authorizations, etc.
• Outgoing cold calls
• Assist in administration of customer service files and paperwork
• Assist customers with product related technical issues
• Participate in quarterly inventory count
• Participate in quarterly training courses
• Support other departments (Sales, Service, Accounting) in resolving customer problems
• Additional duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have the following background and attributes:
• High School Diploma
• Technical background (plumbing, electrical and mechanical, with an emphasis on operation of pumps,
heaters, filters, etc.) a plus
• 3+ years prior experience working in customer service/inside sales
• Excellent verbal articulation; comfortable speaking to decision makers
• Competitive drive to sell and succeed
• Excellent written (spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc) skills
• Strong math and chemistry skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed and trustworthy
• Confident in answering phones with a confident attitude
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), NAV Dynamics or other similar software,
proficient typist (minimum 45-50 wpm)
Hard-working, dedicated and available long hours
• Prior experience in the aquatics industry is a plus
