C&Q ( Concerns and Query – Customer Experience ) :
• Handling the complaints of UK Customer for various reasons like statements,
Cheque book, Debits, Credits etc
• Updating changes in the database as per their complaints.

Regular Payment, IAT, Audit, Stop Cheque, A/c Maintenance, File Maintenance,
& Credit Open etc)
• Preparing of MIS reports & data of inflow and outflow of client requests.
• Co-ordination between Team UK and GOI (Group Operation India) through E-
mail and voice.
• Handling the queries related to insurance and their interest.
• Making payments to the customers with doing the sanction checks.

Remittance Officer
• Working in Remittance Department (INWARD AND OUTWARD TEAM) providing

queries effectively like Demand Draft, Remittances, Third Bank Credit and
related to their investments etc
