 Preparing operational checklists and timelines for every event to ensure a quality delivery.
 Coordination with different departments to ensure that deliverables are made on time and as per client requirement:
 Production – To coordinate with vendor along with the production team to ensure that set up of venue, stage,
décor, light and sound, artist management etc is as per the proposal made to the client
 Creative – To coordinate with 2D and 3D teams to ensure that all artwork (creative and collaterals, motifs) prepared
as per the client requirement and shared for approval with client.
 Procurement – To coordinate with procurement team for any different kind of gifts, mementos, trophies –
corporate, birthday parties, weddings etc.
 Manpower Planning – Deciding on the type of manpower required and quantity for an event and coordinating with
vendors for the same.
 Marketing Team – To coordinate with marketing team to understand the client requirement better and deliver what
was promised
 Artist Coordination – Coordinating of artist for the event as per the client requirement
 Client Coordination – Coordinating with client throughout the event to ensure that all deliverables are upto the
mark.
Payroll Administration & Data Processing
 Handling Complex Payroll for employees across various locations and Business Units for the clients.
 Providing guidance to the payroll processors and work flows to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing;
conducting final audits both post and pre payroll input.
