 What is the total cost incurred on Technology,
Personnel , and Resource requirements.
 Distribute expenses on monthly basis and try to generate
business at least of that amount per month
 Work on both small as well as big requirements so as to
generate funds from both ends
 Try to get some amount of profit from 3rd or 4th month
itself
