How have we helped India Entry clients in the past
A UAE based Travel company that wanted to evaluate how to expand into India:
Their original plan was to set up offices in India which we counselled them against
and instead helped them move their back office to India. Next year after they had
confidence in dealing with the Indian scenario they set up office in India with
minimal assistance from us. We want to help clients find their feet in India and do
not seek to find solutions which would increase their dependence on us specifically
Moving their back office involved finding the right city, rentals, fit out, talent
acquisition and operations review.
A young scientist of Indian origin wanted to set up a Catalyst manufacturing base.
We helped him locate sources of finance, fronted several key negotiations for
infrastructure and business partnerships and responsible for the Finance function.
Our Regular consulting work:
A 20 year old company based in Kenya and Tanzania required to expand into three countries.
We functioned as an interim Project Head and interim CFO to aid in the set up and the
expansion into Uganda and Ethiopia
A 14 year old garment manufacturing company with clients like Walmart and three of the top 5
retail chains in India was making losses for the first time in its history. They wanted us to raise
money from the bank as they were short of cash. We first helped them figure out where and
why the lost money by resolving communication differences and irrational processes.
Developed business model for post-merger integration of 350 coops, in accordance with
European Union requirements with a team of fifteen coop representatives defined new
processes in the merged coops implementing centralization, workflow simplification, IT changes,
limits of authority, HRM processes including motivation factors
Implemented Lean Six Sigma for the Card Division with a team of five key staff, analyzed current
processes, identified gaps versus customer needs and defined service standards for the credit
card delivery process. Improved card delivery time significantly and achieved cost savings

retention.
USA and Process Consulting
Maria Achilleoudes has a MSc from Columbia University and a BSc from City
University of New York and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt . She first worked
with IBM’s Quality, then Marketing Division in New York. She then joined
Universal Bank, Cyprus before starting a consulting firm which works on Cost
reduction and Process Improvement jobs.
Africa and Strategy
George Antony has spent 60% of his time with the Big 4 in advisory and the rest
in the Industry heading finance for a start up where he raised equity and debt,
set up the finance department and managed procurement. In the Big 4 he

How have we helped India Entry clients in the past A UAE based Travel company that wanted to evaluate how to expand into India: Their original plan was to set up offices in India which we counselled them against and instead helped them move their back office to India. Next year after they had confidence in dealing with the Indian scenario they set up office in India with minimal assistance from us. We want to help clients find their feet in India and do not seek to find solutions which would increase their dependence on us specifically Moving their back office involved finding the right city, rentals, fit out, talent acquisition and operations review. A young scientist of Indian origin wanted to set up a Catalyst manufacturing base. We helped him locate sources of finance, fronted several key negotiations for infrastructure and business partnerships and responsible for the Finance function.
  • 18. Our Regular consulting work: A 20 year old company based in Kenya and Tanzania required to expand into three countries. We functioned as an interim Project Head and interim CFO to aid in the set up and the expansion into Uganda and Ethiopia A 14 year old garment manufacturing company with clients like Walmart and three of the top 5 retail chains in India was making losses for the first time in its history. They wanted us to raise money from the bank as they were short of cash. We first helped them figure out where and why the lost money by resolving communication differences and irrational processes. Developed business model for post-merger integration of 350 coops, in accordance with European Union requirements with a team of fifteen coop representatives defined new processes in the merged coops implementing centralization, workflow simplification, IT changes, limits of authority, HRM processes including motivation factors Implemented Lean Six Sigma for the Card Division with a team of five key staff, analyzed current processes, identified gaps versus customer needs and defined service standards for the credit card delivery process. Improved card delivery time significantly and achieved cost savings
