Started life in Business Process and Risk advisory with the Big 4; Ernst & Young and then KPMG. It helped me work in different industries, geographies, people and problem solving situations. Moved from advisory to execution to head the finance function of a start up Cable TV company. The four years here helped me see how a start up went on to become the third largest in the country and what it could have done better.
