A preamble is given which leads to the interview.

You say that meditation can work as a protective armour. I.e. It can protect you from accidents,
bad viruses, bad people or bad thoughts. How can we form such an aura to do so? How will we
know that our aura is a protected one?
In reality, we can’t do anything. Meditation is to not do anything. It’s not something you do with the body.
It’s not something you do with the mind. When we don’t do anything with our body, we start to think. So
doing nothing is meditation. One must not do anything with the body and that includes not thinking. As for
how one makes an aura, it’s not something we can make. As we keep meditating, an aura will begin to
form around us. In actuality, meditation is to be aligned with nature. It is to synchronize with nature. In the
Himalayas, when a saintly figure would meditate, his aura would initially be aligned with the cave he was
in and the cave too would adjust with the aura in turn. But as the time span for their meditative practice
increased, their sense of identification with the body would diminish and became one with nature.
Eventually, a whole mountain would fall into the boundaries of their aura.
The existence of the figure and the mountain were no longer distinct. There are some spaces like this in
the Himalayas and I have had the opportunity in my life to go and stay there due to the grace of the divine
forces. As I would wander, my younger sister would ask, “Aren’t you scared to wander around like this?” I
answered, “Fear is a thought. When you cease to have thoughts of any kind then a thought of fear
doesn’t come up either.” And really, I never got thoughts and certainly not of fear. I.e. this is how well-
developed an aura these saintly figures had. The reason for this was they were staying in the energetic
field of one guru or the other. They would be bouncing from the energetic fields of different gurus. But
they never made effort to create such a field. They never tried to create an aura. The aura was formed
effortlessly. Through a consistent meditation routine, they decreased their feelings of being a body.
Rather instead of saying they did so, it is better to say this feeling was decreased on its own. One doesn’t
try to decrease their sense of identification with the body. Instead, it’s what happens on its own naturally.
In the same way, we can’t form an aura or a bond of protection. A bond of protection gets formed around
you. After having a bond of protection, it can save you from having bad thoughts, accidents, poor people
and bad viruses. I’ll tell you how. Within this realm, your immunity gets increased immensely. And when
this happens, no virus for that matter can attack you. So forget corona. For an accident to happen, 3
factors are necessary. One is a place which has been negatively impacted from time to time. As an
outcome of being in such a place, the probability of an accident becomes likely because one has already
taken place there. So being in such a place is not in our hands. The other is a culprit or a person via
whom we can be infected with the virus. So we don’t know from whom the virus is coming from.
Determining who the culprit is not in our hands either. What is the third factor? Us.
Control over the place and the culprit or the person with the virus is not in our hands. But we are in
control over ourselves. By meditating, you create a very developed aura around you or you have the
potential for one. It gets so that your immunity may increase so much that even if it affects another
people, it won’t affect you. For example, you’ll notice how many people come from the same space.
Some people get affected by the virus while others do not. So note that the people getting affected are
the ones with a weak immunity. So we only have control over ourselves.
We need to increase our immunity and immunity can be increased by meditation. In the form of an aura,
we are given protection from all this. Meditation gives us a bond of protection. As for how will we know if
2. we are safe? Through experience. See these are based on experiences which meditators have. As you
meditate, you will get them too. There are two ways to align with nature. One is through the energetic
transmission of Samarpan Meditation. The other is to live amidst nature. Like staying on top of a
mountain or at the edge of an ocean or a river or a jungle. But for all of humanity to stay amidst nature is
difficult. Because people’s needs have increased greatly. All these needs can’t be fulfilled in the jungle.
I’ve spent years in the jungles and in the Himalayas but my needs were limited. The average person in
society today doesn’t have similar levels of needs. That’s the reason we can’t just randomly stay in the
jungle. We are creatures dwelling in society. So if we are living in society, what’s the other solution?
Meditate regularly in collectivity. In today’s circumstances, even gathering in collectivity is not possible.
See how strange the conditions have become. Now there is only one way. Through meditation, connect
with the pure soul that is connected with hundreds of thousands of pure souls. Or connect with the
hundreds of thousands of souls who are connected with that pure soul. This is the one method left that
one can try while sitting at home. This is the one thing left which is appropriate to try. Or atleast it feels
agreeable to me.
In the last 4-5 years, many virus attacks are striking humanity. Their impact has been measured.
The question is medically related. Does the aura have a filter through which a virus can’t get
through a mask subtly? Or are there wavelengthssuch that the virus dies? How does one get
protection from the aura?
Look, there were viruses earlier on too. And there are viruses today too. Due to scientific progress, we
are becoming aware of the different types of viruses. Thirdly, I am an ordinary individual. And from that
perspective I will tell you that this is not a question of a virus for us. Doctors or researchers can think
about the virus. It’s not our territory. What can we do about a virus even if we know of it? We should
therefore leave the virus at their discretion. We should only speak of what’s relevant to our territory.
By our territory I mean what is it that we can do under these circumstances? Under these
circumstances, we can’t do anything about the virus. We can’t do anything about the lockdown. It’s a
question of many things. Only one thing is in our territory. We can think of how to boost our immunity or
how to stay healthy so that we may not be impacted by any virus. In actuality, the aura doesn’t kill any
virus nor does it emit wavelengths so that the virus may die. But it does emit these wavelengths via which
no viruses may attack you. This is a type of immunizing strength. As your immunity increases, you will
stay healthy. Secondly, you will note the experiences of meditators.
There are meditators who would once frequently fall sick or get fever or colds frequently. As they
continued to meditate, their immunity kept on increasing. As their immunity increased, their tendency to
keep getting fevers, colds or coughs went down. These small types of illnesses were one type of virus.
They started being spared of all this. Thousands of meditators have had this experience.
Just as we regularly meditate, our immunity starts increasing because of which we can be saved from
any type of illness and not just viruses. But just remember that there is no room for efforts in the spiritual
dimension. So we can’t meditate. Rather we can go into meditation. I.e. where the sense of doership
ceases, meditation begins.
So rather than thinking about it, it’s better if you take the experience of meditation yourself. No matter
how much I tell you that sugar is sweet, you will not be able to understand anything. It’s better if you taste
a spoonful of sugar and see for yourself.
You have listed too many thoughts as being a cause of imbalance in nature in your biography
Samarpan Yog of the Himalayas. So is the attack of such viruses a human created flaw or a
punishment to humans by nature? Or is it an imbalance of nature?
The first thing is that no thoughts exist in nature. And thoughts are human created. What’s the saying?
Where there is a village, there is trash. And where there is trash, there are trash spaces. There’s a waste
3. basket. In the way humans excrete stool every day or stool comes from humans, humans also create
thoughts. What humans eat or drink is what they push out. But humans aren’t able to excrete their
thoughts the way they excrete their stool. They are not able to let them go. When people aren’t able to
excrete stool, doctors try coming up with a variety of ways to help do so. But today, as per medical
sciences, no medicine or injection has been created to rid you of your thoughts. It’s a strange condition
where you have a doctor who can help you excrete stool or forcefully make stool come out but he can’t
take out someone’s thoughts. No doctor can. No medicine can. So rather than trying to take out trash
which can’t be taken out, why create it? That’s why thoughts shouldn’t be created. But if we over think or
think too many thoughts and we are not able to let them go, what happens?
Knowingly or unknowingly, we become divorced from nature. I.e. Nature and myself are distinct from
one another. Because by thinking too much, we have separated ourselves from nature. When man
separates himself from nature in this way, then these types of incidences or natural problems will occur.
This is not about nature being imbalanced. It’s about man being imbalanced. Humans have deviated from
the alignment they had with nature by separating themselves from it by thinking too much.
The need is there for people to do yoga and to nullify their identification with the body and merge with
nature. As for the context in which I refer to yoga, it’s a very interesting point. People are comprehending
yoga in terms of poses. Just think about it. Due to the efforts of our nation, yoga has been globally
recognized. But even with such universal acceptance, yoga has not been projected in terms of its
comprehensiveness. Poses are just one part of the eight-fold path of yoga. The impression being given is
that the poses are all there is to it. This is completely inaccurate.
The accurate point is that yoga poses are not yoga. Yoga poses are one part of yoga. Yoga poses act
as an aid for yoga but is not yoga. I am traveling all over the world even at this age to tell everyone that
yoga poses are not yoga. The field of yoga is so vast and is a sphere where humans can be bonded with
another. What our ancestors imagined with the proverbial ‘the world is my community’ can only be
realized through yoga.
Just think. If our ancestors imagined a vision of ‘the world is my community’, then certainly there would
be a way for realizing this. Certainly, there would be a path for this. That path couldn’t be a methodology
of worship. That path couldn’t include worshipping a deity. That path couldn’t be through sacred fire
ceremonies. That path couldn’t be through prayer. Just think about it. What is the path that any person in
the world can adapt and have a universal experience with? That path is yoga.
As soon as humans take on yoga, their sense of identification with the body diminishes and their
soulfulness awakens. As the sense of identification with the body diminishes, so do their ties with caste,
religion, country, gender, race, official position or being rich or poor. All these human created limitations
cease. Only one limit exists then and that is that we are all human. So the humanity within humans
awakens. Today, after 25 years of traveling the world over, I experienced yoga is the one path by which
our ancestors’ vision for ‘the world is my community’ can come true.

Let's leave the Virus situation for doctors to figure out.
Let's leave the lockdown situation for the government to figure out. How can you help in your sector? In
this situation just focus on that. You should only focus on how you can increase your immunity. Stay at
home for 21 days and help the government. This is the only thing in your control, just do this. Rest will be
taken care of.
We have heard talks from so many Gurus. But about ‘thought pollution’, we have only heard from
you. With so much growth in population, is meditation good enough to remove ‘thought
pollution’?
4. See, the knowledge of thought pollution is not at a physical level. It is at the soul level. And even if the
gurus and scientists in society are not aware of thought pollution, that does not mean it does not exist.
I gained this knowledge only in the vicinity of the enlightened gurus. And this knowledge is not given to
me by enlightened gurus. I did not take it from them. Just being in their vicinity, by surrendering to them,
their inner knowledge got transferred into me automatically. You must be feeling a bit strange that they
did not hand it to me, I did not take it. Then how did this happen?
We only know of the teachings that can be taught by someone and that can be learnt by someone. But
today I am talking about the knowledge that can not be taught by anyone and can not be learnt by
anyone. That is gained at the soul level without any effort. Let me try to explain it to you with an easy
example. In science lab there is a U-tube which has two openings. It's a glass tube. If you put 100ml
water on one side, it reaches the other side. One side does not make an effort to make it go to the other
side.
It happens automatically. Just like that if you live in the vicinity of enlightened gurus and surrender
yourself then their inside knowledge shifts into you without them giving it to you or you making an effort to
receive it. Just like that I have received this knowledge of ‘thought pollution’. Another thing is that
meditation is not enough to remove thought pollution. See, thought pollution spreads in many different
ways. As of now, meditation is the only available solution. There is another solution to it but we can not do
it. Because we can not live in forests. We can not cut down on our needs. So it seems to me that
meditation is the only solution to remove thought pollution as of now. There could be more ways but I
don't have any knowledge or experience of them. That's why I feel that we can do meditation. And
another thing is that I do not think about the world. I feel one should think only about themselves, how
they can reduce thought pollution. We can not change the world. Forget about the world, even spouses
can not improve each other. You only have control over improving yourself and reducing your own
thought pollution. At the personal level, meditation is enough for that.
Non-Vegetarianism is against the consciousness. By killing the birds and animals, vibrations of
their sufferings are created. Is there a relation between vibrations of their sufferings and natural
disasters?
See what is good, what is bad, what should be eaten, and what should not be eaten? These kinds of
advice don't fall into Samarpan sacraments. And this is the reason that it has been accepted by more
than 29 countries in the last 25 years. The people who have accepted it are from various castes, various
religions, various languages, and various countries. And that's why everyone has experienced this. A
human being could be of any caste, country. As he immerses himself into meditation, his progress starts
happening. His eating of non-vegetarian food stops, alcohol consumption stops. But we don't ask anyone
to quit, it happens automatically. Because both are against consciousness. And when you are doing
something against consciousness, consciousness itself removes the flaws. About the vibrations from
suffering from killing birds and animals, any kind of vibrations, good or bad remain in the environment .
You see sometimes on a straight, ordinary road, there is a sign which says this is an accident prone
area. We feel strange, this is such a straight and simple road. Why is this sign posted here about this
being an Accident Zone? It's because we may only pass from there once but people who go from there
frequently know about it. That whole area is polluted by the vibrations of the deceased and their screams.
If we are passing by that road for the first time, we can not understand the reasoning. But the roadside
services know that this particular place has such vibrations that accidents are happening there frequently.
They experience that and based on that they put a board for warning you about it. It's exactly the same
when we kill animals. When we kill birds and animals, why won't they leave bad vibrations? And when
there are bad vibrations, those are against nature. Nature gives life, does not take away life. God gives
life, does not take away life. When you can not give life, you don't have any right to take away life either.
That's why I feel that accident zones have bad vibrations. So similarly, bad vibrations are created where
animals are killed. And I see many people say that they don't cut the meat, they merely eat it. If you won’t
eat, one won't be cutting the goats. That means you are involved in the process of cutting animals directly
5. or indirectly. So the vibrations that are formed, those vibrations will surely pollute your locale. I feel
sometime, one day there will be a “Accident Zone” board in your city also as people who kill and eat
animals must be living there.
In this situation, how should one live as today, humans and society are in great depression
because of CoronaVirus?
Give this a little thought. What is in your hands? You can not control CoronaVirus. You can not have
control over LockDown by the government. We are thinking about the lockdown situation in vain. That is
not our field. Doctors are working on the virus research. Let Doctors worry about that. Lockdown is the
government's concern, why should we intervene? What is in our hands? We are unnecessarily bothering
ourselves by it. I feel we should think of what we can control. We can control ourselves. What should be
our status? Our status should be to be in the present. I feel sometimes, we should just stop watching TV
completely. I am telling you the truth. In my childhood there was news on the radio only twice a day, once
in the morning at 8am another one in the evening at 9pm, and not throughout the day. If you see bad
images, hospitals or patients again and again and listen to the news on Corona then you will start feeling
its symptoms on yourself. If you go to a hospital, the doctor will look at you from Corona’s perspective. As
they have the same mindset. Do one thing, switch off News channels on TV. You may watch movies,
other entertainment programs, but don't watch news on Corona Virus the whole day. There is no other
news going on right now. And if you need to know, just listen to the news at night. It will give you an
update of the whole day. If you are really curious, then listen to it twice. Rest of the time enjoy movies,
plays, or comedy programs. Don't watch news channels. That is in your control. Enjoy these days you
have got.
You must be also feeling, one devotee sent me a message, Swamji, “After honeymoon, I have never
spent this much time with my wife in the past 30 years. We never lived together like this.” Perhaps you
must have not lived like this with your wife. You might have not given so much time to your wife. So now
that you are together, relax, have light conversations, rest, and enjoy. Enjoy the present situation. Stay in
the present. You keep thinking about unnecessary things about the world. Don't think about the things
that are not in your control. Your field is to think, how you can stay fit, how you can stay healthy. If you eat
4 rotis daily then start eating 2. What will happen if you eat 2? For one it will help you with digestion,
especially now because the body is not so active. For low activity less food is sufficient. Otherwise I am
afraid that after 21 days everyone will become fat due to overeating. Sitting and eating extra because of
tension will result in people gaining weight. So it is better to eat less, half of your normal diet. Another way
to look at it is that if there is shortage of food or if we are unable to get groceries from outside then we will
be able to eat whatever we have at home. It's not that simple like normal days. So whatever food we
have, ration it carefully. And exercise regularly. You will stay healthy if you are exercising regularly. Doing
regular yoga will increase your immunity. That is in your control. Do that. Another thing is that you talked
about depression, I am actually thinking of that itself. I feel within a few days there will be a vaccine
discovered which will control this virus. See any situation, does not matter how bad it is, it's never
permanent. These days too will pass. They are not going to last forever. But the memories it will create,
those memories will be there with you forever. And please keep kids away from this. This is my pledge.
The kid’s minds are very delicate. If there is a negative impact on them during these 21 days, it will
affect their whole life. I remember when I was little. There was a dam in Poona named Panshet. When it
broke, thousands died. It was not in the news but I overheard that in a conversation of my teachers and
that created a negative impact on my mind which still exists even after 60 years. Human tendency is that
we tend to forget happy memories but remember bad things very clearly. That's why if we live a better life
in these 21 days, it will not create a bad effect on us and our kids. Otherwise we will be over the virus
situation in 21 days but the virus of depression will be hard to get over. That's why it's important that our
mindset is positive. And be careful, living in solitude is against human tendency. You will see the people
with the Lunar artery are mentally weak. They will start getting irritated and angry after 8 days. Their
mental state will start to ruin. Don't let it happen. I am getting reports for foreign countries. Husbands and
wives are saying we are so bored of seeing each other because we are not used to it. Don't let this
negativity and depression happen to you. Live in the present. Be happy. Meditate regularly.Spend your
time positively. Write stories, or articles, or you can paint, you can play games. I mean there are many
6. options. I just mentioned a few. If you do this then your mind will stay busy. And your mind is occupied
with these, negativity will not reach you. And even after 21 days you will be healthy and fit mentally and
physically. You all be happy, healthy, this is my prayer to God. A lot of blessings to you all. Nothing will
come out if we just talk about meditation. Dhyans are not a topic of discussion, it is something to
experience. That's why I feel that your viewers also should experience this. It's very simple. It's based on
a mantra. In my childhood, I used to hear this. That I am a pure Soul, I am a holy Soul. That is the
mantra. It is very simple. I am a pure Soul, I am a holy Soul. But behind this is my practice of 60 years
and collectivity of tens of thousands of souls. We will meditate with this mantra. We don't have to do
anything. Just sit on the floor. Put your hands on your lap and the part of your body which is between your
bladder and anus should touch the ground. That is the place for root chakra. Keep your backbone
straight. And after that sit with a quiet mindset. Put your right hand on your crown. Press it gently. Rotate
it 3 times clockwise. Human nature is that if we touch something our attention goes to it. You also put
your attention on your crown chakra. Put your hands on your lap. And if you are old or for any reason
unable to sit on the ground. Then sit on the chair and touch your bare feet on the ground. Now chant this
mantra with me.
I am a pure Soul, I am a holy Soul.

Now put your attention on your crown and meditate for a bit. Today we meditated for a little duration to
teach you. You should do this regularly and see. Meditate everyday for 30 mins and see what happens to
you. With 22.5 hours in 45 days you will see that your world has changed.
