Disclaimer: These notes are not a direct translation of the Shibir. These are just my personal notes that
I am sharing in the hopes that they will be useful for someone in some capacity as a reminder. But,
they are no substitute for the original videos with Swamiji’s vibrations and energies. Pease take some
time to rewatch the original videos on the Gurutattva youtube channel if possible.
• At one point of time, all of earth was gathered at one place and we were part of the same
community. At that time there was only one religion, only one method of worship. We
worshiped the five basic elements and, in some form, this method of worship exists even
today.
• As the Earth formed many different continents and got separated, methods of worship
separated. But in tribal communities around the world, people still use the ancient system of
worshiping the five elements.
• Some saints left their communities and started living in nature. After a while nature started
flowing through them. Many people who leave society, never come back. Only a few came back
because there are no thoughts in nature, not even thoughts of wanting to return to society.
• Medical science has no description of Aura. But it exists. A doctor can only tell you about your
cancer after you have already been affected; but a yogi can give prior warning even before the
onset of a disease.
• This is because there is another body of thoughts. And first the thought body is affected, and
the aura is affected. First the thoughts are spoilt, and once they are spoilt then those thoughts
affect the body, and after a few months the body gets diseased due to the effects of those
thoughts. However, if the thoughts are stopped first and cured at the level of the thoughts
they will never reach the body.
• The root cause of all problems is thoughts. All the thoughts that happen in our minds keep
having an effect on our bodies all the time.
• We should only watch on television what we need to. It is our slave, we are not its slave.
• We have to control ourselves, and not pay attention or try to control what is happening around
us.
• Always remember in your life that for all the bad times that come in your life, good times are
also just around the corner. Our lives are never fully bad or fully good.
• The way forward is to stop living on the physical level and start living on the soul level. This is
the way for the future.
• In the coming times, every human being will need Dhyan. No matter how bad the environment
is at the physical level, at the soul level there will be no difficulties. You should meditate and
create such an aura that no nearby incidents will have any effect on you.
• The person who meditates, gradually a positive aura is formed around him. In that aura, no
untoward incidents happen. There is always a shield from the outside environment and it will
always keep the person secure.
• A man can pretend to be rich, he can pretend to be well-read; however, a person’s spiritual
state cannot be faked. A person’s aura can be checked and it speaks for itself.
• By doing regular meditations, even staying amidst society, and all people, if Swamiji could
improve his meditate state, then why can’t we?
• Swamiji could improve his aura even while staying amidst his family and lacs of people. So, you
can also do it.
• In a day, choose a place and time where there are no people for 10-15 feet. And go there and
do niyamit (regular/rule-based) dhyan sadhana (practice).
• Thoughts of other people disturb the aura. That is why humans are the most dangerous species,
because he thinks and influences the aura of others through his thinking
• Stay away from crowds as much as possible (Bhid se bacho)
• “Mujhe Corona nahi ho sakta. Mein dhyan karta ku, mein niyamit karta hu”
• “I cannot get corona, I practice regular dhyan”create this Sankalp (inner resolution), this aura
around you. Think positively. Just as Swamiji has created his aura that “I cannot meet with an
accident”
• Parmatma is nowhere, Parmatma is in your faith. Think positively and the more faith with
which you remember Parmatma, the more of an effect he will bestow upon you.
• When you remain happy and joyful, your aura expands and it becomes more powerful and
influential. It influences others and others bad influence will not come on you
• That is why you should remain smiling, happy, and joyful. The more you do this the more your
aura will protect you
• You just have to sit for 30 minutes continuously. Whether you are able to go into meditation
or not is not your area. You just sit for full 30 minutes in Swamiji’s name and don’t get up or
start moving before that. No matter what, just sit for 30 minutes, the rest will be taken care of
by the Guru energies.
• A yoga teacher can destroy her chitta by placing it excessively on the body.
• Dhyan needs to be niyamit. Daily, at a regular time, at a regular place.
• Laws and rules cannot stop a man, only dhyan can stop a man. If by practicing meditation, his
soul becomes awakened and his soul starts controlling his body, then the feeling that ‘this rule
should not be broken’ will be born in him from within and he will not take any actions against
the law and rules.
• WHO has warned us that mental problems are going to increase in the coming days. We need
to balance our mental states immediately. Mental events and traumas cannot be healed
immediately. Their effect lingers for a long time, even for years
• The year and corona has thoughts us two things:
o Parmatma is inside and not outside
o All humans are equal in the eyes of Parmatma
• Next year is the year of Dhyan. You should practice Dhyan and meditations and live in aatma-
bhav (soul consciousness). If you live in sharir-bhav (body consciousness) then the problems of
the body, the issues of the body and mental issues will be created around you and this will
have an effect on you. This is why there is a need to practice Dhyan.
• You should practice Dhyan/meditations and build your own aura. After it is built, you can obtain
a security shield from it. Many peoples have experienced how they have obtained a security
layer form Dhyan and been saved from many misfortunes.
• Every human has an aura by default. Each human is unique and has his own aura. All human
beings have a different way of thinking and different thoughts and so their auras are also
different. Each human has different thoughts and a different aura.
• All humans are similar, they are equal. We all have only one Dharma. At one point, Earth had
only one continent and landmass, and we all had the same method of worship. We worshiped
the five elements as Parmatma.
• Just as water has the fundamental nature/dharma of flowing and fire is to burn. Similarly, the
fundamental nature of humans is to love everyone. Loving everyone is the core Dharma of
humanity.
• When you practice Dhyan, this Dharma will awaken within you. And after this happens you will
have the bhav, that all humans are equal. And human dharma will be established within you. All
of Humanity is one and this human Dharma is their only Dharma. Their methods of worship may
be different, and they may follow different methods (religions), but their core Dharma is still the
same.
• Parmatma means the universal consciousness that is spread in all the universe. Parmatma is
not a person, there is no form, and there is no idol. The idols or people we believe in are, in fact,
the mediums of Parmatma and nature’s powers flow through them.
• We all only have one Dharma, and that is the Dharma of humanity: To love everyone equally.
• As soon as you understand and learn these two principles, you will automatically obtain the
blessings from the Gurus that have reached this state.
• The more time you stay in a state of nirvicharta (thoughtlessness) the more your mental
resilience and mental immunity will increase. All of man’s thoughts are of the past or future.
Just like an old pendulum, man thinks of the past himself, and then the force causes thoughts of
the future to come automatically. Man spends half of his energy on thoughts of the past, and
the other half on thoughts of the future.
• But when we do not think of the past or future and remain in a state of thoughtlessness then
that energy is conserved. And then, when we use it for some task, we gain success in that task
because it has been done with energy.
• In simple words, remaining in the present is Dhyan.
• You can try putting alarms on your watch/phone every hour. If you are in the past, then remind
yourself that ‘what has happened has happened. Now what will you get by remembering it?
Forget it.’ Then see if next hour you are in the future and remind yourself ‘what will happen
will be taken care of. We will tend to it when the time comes.’
• In this way, we need to inculcate the habit of not thinking of the past or future and always
remaining in the present. Remaining in the present is Dhyan. If you stay in the present, you will
obtain a state of nirvicharta (thoughtlessness) and if you obtain this state then 90% of your
mental problems will be solved and your mental immunity will increase.
• If you want to see what thoughts you have, then go around with a diary for 8 days and write
down all your thoughts. Then you will know what kind of thoughts you have.
• What happens is that you get one thought from the past, but behind that one thought there is
a long line of thoughts queued up behind it, and then you lie there thinking of the past. This is
the same with Dhyan. As soon as you sit, you will get many thoughts.
• Chitta are the eyes of the soul. Everything that you have seen in your life, all of that is stored in
your chitta, and as soon as you sit for Dhyan, your chitta starts to get cleaned and all the events
of your life will come in front of you like a picture. All of these thoughts will come, but don’t pay
attention to this. Don’t pay attention to the thoughts as well.
• Just see the thoughts. Don’t try to stop them. Don’t think, just see the thoughts. Be a witness.
Don’t sit and think, because if you put your chitta and start thinking, then you will provide
energy to those thoughts. So just see your thoughts, don’t sit there and think.
• All the successful people are storehouses of failures. They have all faced numerous instances
of failure in their lives before they were successful.
• Dhyan is not something to be done, it is something that happens. As soon as you go into the
state of Dhyan your body-consciousness reduces, your aatma-bhav (soul consciousness)
increases and you automatically go into a state of Dhyan and you don’t even realize how long
you sat for Dhyan.

  • 1. Mahashibir Day 3 Notes: Mahashivir - 2020 | Day 3 - Aura the Ultimate Protection | ऑरा का सुरक्षा कवच - YouTube Disclaimer: These notes are not a direct translation of the Shibir. These are just my personal notes that I am sharing in the hopes that they will be useful for someone in some capacity as a reminder. But, they are no substitute for the original videos with Swamiji’s vibrations and energies. Pease take some time to rewatch the original videos on the Gurutattva youtube channel if possible. • At one point of time, all of earth was gathered at one place and we were part of the same community. At that time there was only one religion, only one method of worship. We worshiped the five basic elements and, in some form, this method of worship exists even today. • As the Earth formed many different continents and got separated, methods of worship separated. But in tribal communities around the world, people still use the ancient system of worshiping the five elements. • Some saints left their communities and started living in nature. After a while nature started flowing through them. Many people who leave society, never come back. Only a few came back because there are no thoughts in nature, not even thoughts of wanting to return to society. • Medical science has no description of Aura. But it exists. A doctor can only tell you about your cancer after you have already been affected; but a yogi can give prior warning even before the onset of a disease. • This is because there is another body of thoughts. And first the thought body is affected, and the aura is affected. First the thoughts are spoilt, and once they are spoilt then those thoughts affect the body, and after a few months the body gets diseased due to the effects of those thoughts. However, if the thoughts are stopped first and cured at the level of the thoughts they will never reach the body. • The root cause of all problems is thoughts. All the thoughts that happen in our minds keep having an effect on our bodies all the time. • We should only watch on television what we need to. It is our slave, we are not its slave. • We have to control ourselves, and not pay attention or try to control what is happening around us. • Always remember in your life that for all the bad times that come in your life, good times are also just around the corner. Our lives are never fully bad or fully good. • The way forward is to stop living on the physical level and start living on the soul level. This is the way for the future. • In the coming times, every human being will need Dhyan. No matter how bad the environment is at the physical level, at the soul level there will be no difficulties. You should meditate and create such an aura that no nearby incidents will have any effect on you. • The person who meditates, gradually a positive aura is formed around him. In that aura, no untoward incidents happen. There is always a shield from the outside environment and it will always keep the person secure. • A man can pretend to be rich, he can pretend to be well-read; however, a person’s spiritual state cannot be faked. A person’s aura can be checked and it speaks for itself. • By doing regular meditations, even staying amidst society, and all people, if Swamiji could improve his meditate state, then why can’t we?
  • 2. • Swamiji could improve his aura even while staying amidst his family and lacs of people. So, you can also do it. • In a day, choose a place and time where there are no people for 10-15 feet. And go there and do niyamit (regular/rule-based) dhyan sadhana (practice). • Thoughts of other people disturb the aura. That is why humans are the most dangerous species, because he thinks and influences the aura of others through his thinking • Stay away from crowds as much as possible (Bhid se bacho) • “Mujhe Corona nahi ho sakta. Mein dhyan karta ku, mein niyamit karta hu” • “I cannot get corona, I practice regular dhyan”create this Sankalp (inner resolution), this aura around you. Think positively. Just as Swamiji has created his aura that “I cannot meet with an accident” • Parmatma is nowhere, Parmatma is in your faith. Think positively and the more faith with which you remember Parmatma, the more of an effect he will bestow upon you. • When you remain happy and joyful, your aura expands and it becomes more powerful and influential. It influences others and others bad influence will not come on you • That is why you should remain smiling, happy, and joyful. The more you do this the more your aura will protect you • You just have to sit for 30 minutes continuously. Whether you are able to go into meditation or not is not your area. You just sit for full 30 minutes in Swamiji’s name and don’t get up or start moving before that. No matter what, just sit for 30 minutes, the rest will be taken care of by the Guru energies. • A yoga teacher can destroy her chitta by placing it excessively on the body. • Dhyan needs to be niyamit. Daily, at a regular time, at a regular place. • Laws and rules cannot stop a man, only dhyan can stop a man. If by practicing meditation, his soul becomes awakened and his soul starts controlling his body, then the feeling that ‘this rule should not be broken’ will be born in him from within and he will not take any actions against the law and rules. • WHO has warned us that mental problems are going to increase in the coming days. We need to balance our mental states immediately. Mental events and traumas cannot be healed immediately. Their effect lingers for a long time, even for years • The year and corona has thoughts us two things: o Parmatma is inside and not outside o All humans are equal in the eyes of Parmatma • Next year is the year of Dhyan. You should practice Dhyan and meditations and live in aatma- bhav (soul consciousness). If you live in sharir-bhav (body consciousness) then the problems of the body, the issues of the body and mental issues will be created around you and this will have an effect on you. This is why there is a need to practice Dhyan. • You should practice Dhyan/meditations and build your own aura. After it is built, you can obtain a security shield from it. Many peoples have experienced how they have obtained a security layer form Dhyan and been saved from many misfortunes. • Every human has an aura by default. Each human is unique and has his own aura. All human beings have a different way of thinking and different thoughts and so their auras are also different. Each human has different thoughts and a different aura.
  • 3. • All humans are similar, they are equal. We all have only one Dharma. At one point, Earth had only one continent and landmass, and we all had the same method of worship. We worshiped the five elements as Parmatma. • Just as water has the fundamental nature/dharma of flowing and fire is to burn. Similarly, the fundamental nature of humans is to love everyone. Loving everyone is the core Dharma of humanity. • When you practice Dhyan, this Dharma will awaken within you. And after this happens you will have the bhav, that all humans are equal. And human dharma will be established within you. All of Humanity is one and this human Dharma is their only Dharma. Their methods of worship may be different, and they may follow different methods (religions), but their core Dharma is still the same. • Parmatma means the universal consciousness that is spread in all the universe. Parmatma is not a person, there is no form, and there is no idol. The idols or people we believe in are, in fact, the mediums of Parmatma and nature’s powers flow through them. • We all only have one Dharma, and that is the Dharma of humanity: To love everyone equally. • As soon as you understand and learn these two principles, you will automatically obtain the blessings from the Gurus that have reached this state. • The more time you stay in a state of nirvicharta (thoughtlessness) the more your mental resilience and mental immunity will increase. All of man’s thoughts are of the past or future. Just like an old pendulum, man thinks of the past himself, and then the force causes thoughts of the future to come automatically. Man spends half of his energy on thoughts of the past, and the other half on thoughts of the future. • But when we do not think of the past or future and remain in a state of thoughtlessness then that energy is conserved. And then, when we use it for some task, we gain success in that task because it has been done with energy. • In simple words, remaining in the present is Dhyan. • You can try putting alarms on your watch/phone every hour. If you are in the past, then remind yourself that ‘what has happened has happened. Now what will you get by remembering it? Forget it.’ Then see if next hour you are in the future and remind yourself ‘what will happen will be taken care of. We will tend to it when the time comes.’ • In this way, we need to inculcate the habit of not thinking of the past or future and always remaining in the present. Remaining in the present is Dhyan. If you stay in the present, you will obtain a state of nirvicharta (thoughtlessness) and if you obtain this state then 90% of your mental problems will be solved and your mental immunity will increase. • If you want to see what thoughts you have, then go around with a diary for 8 days and write down all your thoughts. Then you will know what kind of thoughts you have. • What happens is that you get one thought from the past, but behind that one thought there is a long line of thoughts queued up behind it, and then you lie there thinking of the past. This is the same with Dhyan. As soon as you sit, you will get many thoughts. • Chitta are the eyes of the soul. Everything that you have seen in your life, all of that is stored in your chitta, and as soon as you sit for Dhyan, your chitta starts to get cleaned and all the events of your life will come in front of you like a picture. All of these thoughts will come, but don’t pay attention to this. Don’t pay attention to the thoughts as well.
  • 4. • Just see the thoughts. Don’t try to stop them. Don’t think, just see the thoughts. Be a witness. Don’t sit and think, because if you put your chitta and start thinking, then you will provide energy to those thoughts.
