The document provides examples and instructions for creating bibliography cards. Bibliography cards are 3x5 index cards that contain full bibliographic information for sources to be used in research. Each card contains a single source with details like the author's name, title, publication details, and library location if borrowed. The cards help researchers collect, record, and document sources to cite in their work. Examples are provided of properly formatted cards for different source types like books, edited books, journal articles, websites, reports, lectures, and unpublished works.
2. THE BIBLIOGRAPHY CARD
The bibliography card measures 3 by 5 inches. It is a card containing
information that the researcher intends to use during the research
process. All possible information sources are listed on the cards. Each
card has a single source. The complete information required for the final
bibliography must be recorded on the bibliography card and transferred
to the final bibliography later. The bibliography cards assist the

the body of the work. It makes remembrance and recording easier.
