o Coordinate and monitor the activities of 9 QA Managers that manages 10 lines (2
PET,CAN, 2 JUICE LINES,4 RGB LINES and 1 TABLE WATER LINE),
o Implement and monitor Plant’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
o Anchore the Plant Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point program (HACCP).
o Establish controls to monitor all identified Critical Control Points (CCP).
o Implement and update the Plant Incident Management and Crisis Resolution
(IMCR) as the need arises.
o Organize and Supervise Sampling Processes and Micro Analysis of Raw Materials,
Intermediate and finished products.

o Ensure plant complied with routine external analysis for packaging materials,

requirement (KORE) on quality, Environment & Safety and ISO Standards.
o Ensure all raw materials and intermediate product received in the plant meet the

o Conduct line trial on new packaging and auxiliary materials to determine their
suitability for the operations.
o Develop standard Procedures, SOPs, Work Instruction and work aid that cover all

o Develop implementable corrective actions based on the outcome of internal and

o Carry out routine supplier's audits in supplier's facility to establish conformance to

o Cleaning and Sanitizing Laboratory equipment and environments.
o Ensuring that all equipment used in the laboratory are well calibrated and in good
condition for accuracy of readings.
o Ensuring that each set of chemicals tests are conducted using the correct reagents,
prepared in the right manner and concentration as stipulated in the Company’s
Chemical Preparation Manual.
o Ensuring general cleaning of all work place in the Production Hall at regular intervals.

for effective bottle washing.
o Testing for the chlorine concentration in the final rinse water of the bottle washer.
o Checking the alignment of the spray jets in each compartment of the washer
o Testing randomly for caustic carry-over, traces of mould in washed bottles before
production commences and at intervals of 1- hour for subsequent checks.
o Ensuring that clean bottles are supplied to the filler.

o Testing for the De-aeration and crimping processes to ensure correct amount of
carbonation or gas volume in products.
o Testing for appropriate Brix and carbonation for all finished products produced from
start-up to the short-down time.
o Ensuring that the sugar concentration water ratio is within company standards
o Taste test of finished products at intervals.
o Testing for the standard fill control or height of the products for acceptability.
o Testing for the effectiveness of the crowner in the products.
