Promoted as Quality Supervisor in December – 2013
• Principle duties: Quality, Safety, Legality of all products produced by Bakkavor Meals.
• Reporting to: Quality manager & Technical Manager
• Knowledge of Low care / High care / High risk products.
• Liaising between management and staff on all issues regarding food safety and
quality and maintaining and improvement of BRC, TFMS, HACCP and operational
hygiene and safety practices, Enhancing the QAs knowledge of GMP’s and
introducing best practices in key areas of responsibility e.g. report writing,
investigative skills and paperwork accuracy. The result of this initiative saw an
improved standard within the team and contributed to the A grade BRC audit.
• Managing the14 QAs team to ensure day to day technical work carried out and
monitoring company procedure and HACCP is adequately followed, maintained and
compliance with BRC and retainer COP
• Making QAs rota on weekly basis to ensure that all area and internal audits has
covered and all monthly audits are finished in timely manner.
• Collecting the swabs, samples of finished product for micro testing and sending to
external lab. Follow up with result and taking necessary action.

visits, audits, and any out of spec results, correcting actions

2. • Carry out morning Hygiene audit with hygiene manager.
• Maintaining claricom system (online coding system) and generating new labels
• Follow up for any NCF which has raised from internal audits to related area ( e.g.
Production, engineering, hygiene)
• Dealing with customer complaints by investigation and filling report and analysis root
cause and discuss with relevant person
• Participate in meeting with production on daily basis to resolve the daily issues to
ensure that we have good GMP at all time.
• Provide technical support functions to the production team ensuring the site is
complying with relevant food quality, safety and legality standards.

of practise.

conjunction with production.

teams and agreed sustainable corrective actions.

• Reporting To: Quality Supervisor and Quality manager
• Function : Carrying out checks in order to monitor the safety, legality and quality of all
Products produced by the factory ensuring all agreed specifications and standards
are met and reporting any problems to the managers, supervisors or line leaders.
• Responsible for documentation according to BRC and other supplier as well.
• Monitor and record the quality standards for raw materials including checking of
correct storage temperatures and use within the given self-life.
• In conjunction with line leader, carrying out start up checks on checkweighers and
metal detectors before production commences.
• Monitor and record all product and equipment temperatures from raw materials, pre-
process, post-process, final packed product and distribution. Deviations from
specification to be reported.
• Distribute date code and process control sheet to production.
• File all the quality control records on a daily basis.
• Auditing: Carry out the daily/weekly/monthly quality audits to include glass and
plastic, sieves, knife, sorting, and more.

• We were manufacturing the Intravenous products from LDPE and HDPE granules.

• Responsible for operating of rommelag machine which is FFS technology (Foam, Fill,
Seal) and also responsible for all problems related rommelag machine like hydraulic,
pneumatic, vaccum, etc.
