biologist in MOUNT EVEREST BREWERIES Ltd., INDORE, and MADHYA
PRADESH.
 (2010 July to 2011) January) got work experience as chemist in
BRENPHILO AQUA PROCESS, NO 26, PONMAR VILLAGE, and CHENNAI –
600028.
Year 2014 august to till date (Coca-Cola Plant, Republic of Maldives)
 Increased the CO2 Yield from 73% to 84.50% and sustaining.
 Increased the Concentrate Yield From 98.8% to 99.50% and sustaining
with Line ME of 90% from 80%.

 Ensure the Water Treatment Plant & Effluent Treatment Plant Operation and
Analysis as per Norms
 Syrup Preparation
 Ensure EBI operation, Trouble Shooting, Validation and verification
 Carrying out Internal audit as and when required as per the audit schedule.
 Conduct periodic Traceability both Forward and Backward as per
requirement
 Ensure proper CIP of syrup room equipment’s Filling Lines and proper Filler
Exterior cleaning at Product Changeover to ensure the Micro standards of
the Company are met. (Reference Plant Standard - Product Changeover).
 Conduct Training to QA Chemists and Operators in Scheduled Frequency
 Ensure the CO2 quality parameters according to Standard norms
 Ensuring compliance and conducting Microbiological analysis in process
and water treatment plant(Total plate count, Yeast and mold , coliform
 Take Corrective action and Implementation on the CRC complaint and
Market Return
 Conduct periodic visits to distribution centers and company depots to
ensure FIFO.
 Conduct assessment of the warehouses and distribution centers as and
when required.
 Ensure scheduled calibration of Pressure gauges, Temperature sensors.
 Ensure proper CIP of Filler and Mixing Processor equipment’s to ensure the
Micro standards of the Company are met
 Ensure scheduled calibration of Pressure gauges, Temperature sensors.
 Ensure proper Proportioner operation (PARAMIX, MAJONNIER) to achieve
Target Brix and Carbonation in the Bottled Finished Product.
 Ensure Finished Product is checked at least at the minimum frequency
followed by the plant and ensure proper checks at startup, shutdown and
Product Changeover.
 Ensure Torque & Crimping validation at startup and thereafter. Develop CAP
in case out of specification results.
 Ensure Bottle Washer parameters viz. Soak Temperatures, Jet Alignment,
Final Rinse Pressure, Caustic and Additive Concentration.
 Conduct Regular Test on Washed Bottles for Dead Mold and Caustic
Carryover. Ensure monthly sanitation of bottle washer.
 Ensure calibration of Pressure and Temperature Gauges of Bottle Riser and
Filler.
 Ensure Inspectors are evaluated and trained On- Job regularly.
 Ensure blown bottle complete analysis as per PI Spec.
 Record keeping of all the Tests performed.
 Ensure Final Product identification has traceability to ingredient, auxiliary
material and Packaging Materials Lot Identification.
 Provide support in carrying out internal audit as and when required as per
the audit schedule.
 Ensure Housekeeping and GMP standards are always maintained for Bottling
Halls, Packaging Area and Filling Area.
 Ensure GVRT study and Warehouse sample analysis
