DUTY:
Supervise and Monitor the blending activities to achieve a set standard.
Training of blending assistants and enforcing current good manufacturing practise [cGMP]
Preparing daily and Monthly blending report
Meeting with Production Manager on daily basis to reconcile the volume of blend used and way
to check mate wastages.
Meeting with Quality Control Manager on the quality of raw materials received and the quality of

DUTY:
To supervise the blending process to achieve a required standard.
Complete Laboratory analysis of every mixing stage to final stage of production.
To determine the O
G, pH, specific Gravity, Total acidity, Refractive index, brix etc present in the
raw and finished products.
To calculate the Standard amount of Ethyl Neutral Alcohol (ENA) needed for blending.
To calculate the Standard amount of Flavour needed for blending.
Online analysis of the strength of product at interval.
Complete laboratory analysis of raw materials, e.g resin, diesel, ENA,water, sugar, citric acid etc.
Supervision of water treatments from the dam to DM water to be used for blending.
To Calculate the amount of aluminium sulphate(Alum) and calcium hypochlorite (Chlorine) required for
each stages of pumping water from the dam
Recharging of Cation, anion and mixed resin bed as at when due to make the surface of the resin more
reactive.
Recharge the softener as at when due to remove hardness from the water to be used in boiler.
To calculate the amount of waste generated, and the amount of chemical to be added in ETP.
Supervision of effluent treatment plant (ETP) operators to make sure that non toxic effluents are
