We always believe in recruiting quality manpower rather than
quantity. To avoid the unwanted crowd during the final
interview session, we pre screened the workers by visiting
different part of Nepal and we line up only the deserving
candidates at the final interview session. As a result our
interviewers shouldn’t waste their valuable times and they will
easily fulfill their required quotas without any harassment.

Nepal government Officers
before their deployment to
avoid the unseen difficulties
after the deployment as a

document on a official clip files to the
workers which consists of their
Passports, Visa Copies, Medical
reports, Insurance copy, Training
certificates, Police report ( If
mediatory) , Education certificates,
Employment contracts.
Problems at the time
of Deployment
Sometimes the local agents of Nepal collect the
maximum amount form the workers at the time of
their visas issuances. As a result it reflects a negative
work performance of the workers at the Job place. To
avoid such situation fulfilled our selection only from
our official branch Office all over Nepal not taking the
workers from the personal agents.
