2. WORK PROFILE
• Planning, implementing, configuring, optimizing & troubleshooting of Windows XP / Windows 7
/ Windows 8 operating system.
• Exposure in hardware /software installation, troubleshooting network related issues and to
manage IT desktop infrastructure.
