A Complete Management Suit for a college

INTRODUCTION
 This project name is “College Web Application” and is useful for easy user interface.
 The project is useful for saving valuable time and reduces the huge paper work.
 This is a web application for college that can display the general information of college and when
we login then allows us to access the whole information about the college, staffs, students,
facilities etc.
 This web application is designed to manage all over college, it includes managing, creating,
registration and many more functionalities for library, academics, Hostel, Exam, Student & Staff,
Attendance etc.
 In this project, we have Developed all the features of Library Management, Hostel Management,
Accountancy management, Staff management, Student management, Vehicle Management, Online
Attendance System, Exam Management, Generate Admit Card, Generate Result, Schedule online
Zoom Meetings, Alert System and Many more Attractive Features and are Available in one web
application. We have created a Super Admin Account that can Create Roles to Login and Access
features as per Assigned Permission by Super Admin.

 This Web Application Provides facility to done all college works with Zero
Paper Work.
 Easy Access to the College Resources.
 Online Fee Collection & Fee Payment.
 Mark Attendance Online for staff, Student and Teacher.
 Get All detail about College Library (Due Date Alert, History of issue and
return Books.)
 This website will save physical hard work and time
 Join Online Class Meeting by Web Application.
 Lots of more Useful Tools and Facility Provided by Web Application.

College Web Application is School & College Information Management
System*. School or College can manage student & staff detail with the
different helpful module.
Fees, Payroll, Transaction, Library, Hostel, Attendance, Transport,
Assignment, Download, SMS & Email Alert, Online Payment Gateway, User
and Role manage with powerful ACL are the Key features of College Web
Application.

Admin
• In Admin Module, We Provide facilities to Control Users, Setup and Update the Settings of SMS, Email, Payment,
Meetings, Web-Application Details and many other types of settings.
Academics
• In Academics module, Admin can setup our own Grading, Subject, Semester / Section, Faculty / Level / Class,
Student Status, Book Status, Hostel Bed status, Year, Month, Day
Student & Staff
• In Student & Staff Module, having two sub modules Students and other one is Staff in this we provide
Registration, Transfer / Promote, Document Upload, Note, Designation Entries to manage Student’s & Staff’s.
Accounting
• In accounting Module, having abilities to Manage Fee Collection, Income / Expenses, Staff Payroll.

Library
• In Library Module, we provide a manageable online dynamic library management system facility such as Books Category, Add
New books, Membership, Student / Staff (issue / Return) Records, Issue History, Return Period and Circulation Setting.
Attendance
• In Attendance module, we provide a simple attendance records management features for Student and Staffs.
Examination
• In Examination module, we provide facilities to manage Exams of School / College. Facilities such as Scheduling Exam, Mark
Ledger, Exam Head, Print Admit Card, Print Marksheet.
Hostel
• In Hostel Module, we provide a dynamic hostel management and provide Abilities like Categories of Room Type, Bed Status, add
one or more Hostel, Adding Room and Bed, Register Resident, History of Resident, Food Categories, Eating time, Food items,
Food Meal.
Transport
• In Transport Module, having facilities to add vehicle, Route and manage Transportation of a school / college / Universities.

 Deployment of our application will certainly help the college to reduce unnecessary wastage
of time in personally going to each department for some information.
