3. Introduction
Banking management system is a project which aims in developing a
computerized system to maintain all the work of a bank. Banking is a
kind of business that serves people all over world for money related
transactions. People feel more comfortable and safer with having
transactions with the banks. With the help of this software it is very
easy to transfer the amount from one account to another and also it
is helpful to maintain our all the transaction which we have made.
Overall this project of mine is being developed to help the
manager as well as customers of the bank to maintain the
banking transaction in the best way possible.

Maintaining the customer financial transaction record.
Generating the detail of all the transactions done by customer.
Delete the customer account details as per request of them.
Keeping the feedback of customers.
Keeping the staff details and customers detail.
Editing the record as needed.
Deleting the staff record as per need.

5. Problem Statement
Problem
The problem occurs before computerized system includes :
◦ File lost-
When computerized system is not implemented file is always lost because of human
environment. Some times due to some human error there may be a loss of records.
◦ File damaged when a computerized system is not there file is always lost due to some
accident like spilling of water by some member on file accidently. Besides some
natural disaster like floods or fires may also damages the files.
◦ Difficult to search records-
When there is no computerized system there is always a difficulty in searching of
records if the records are large in number.
◦ Space consuming-
After the number of records become large the space for physical storage files and
records also increases.

6. Results Expected
This system will provides a computerized version of
Banking management system which will benefit the
manager, customer and staff of the bank.
It makes entire process computerized where a
manager can easily maintain the account
Of the customer and see details of the customer and
execute other functions of the customer. It has the
facility of keeping the records of bank customers and it
may be updated as per need.

7. FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS-
USER LOGIN
This feature is used by the user to login in the system. They are required to user name and password before they are allowed to enter the system. The user name and password will be verified
and if invalid user name or password is entered then the user will not allow to enter the system.
ADD NEW CUSTOMER
This feature allows to add new customer to the bank. Which will help to record the information of all the customer.
DETAILS OF CUSTOMER
This feature allows to show the details of customer.
DEPOSIT
This feature allows to deposit money in to their account.
WITHDRAW
This feature allows to withdraw money from their account and if balance is low then system will provide the message of low balance.
