INTRODUCTION
• In automation human provide intelligence to the computer so that it can perform its task by
itself through getting the commands from user.
• “Automation has an impact, in respect of life of human”
• In this project we are developing a “Voice assistant through IVR system”. In the voice
assistant we will be giving voice command input to the assistant and it will be process the
input and give suitable output.
• Further it will also include IVR i.e “interactive voice response ” system for a management
system . In this the inputs of the IVR portal will be accepted using the voice commands given
by the user and further task will pe executed as per the requirement needed.
MOTIVATION
• Moving back to our school days we saw many movies, cartoon etc.
where we seen robots and devices that perform there tasks by getting
the commands from the user. Since that time there used to be a
thought striking in the mind weather is this possible? Is there be any
device which takes the command and perform the task on your behalf,
if yes then HOW?
PROPOSED METHODOLOGY

•Voice input and voice output
RESULT
• The “Service desk” that gets you the contact
detail of the services you need.
• It works on the voice commands.
• It is easy to operate.
• It brings easiness to one’s life.
CONCLUSION
• Thus we conclude that for the betterment of human life “automation ” is
necessary .
