is currently employed as Professional Sales Representative for inVentiv
Health, and reported directly to me during my tenure with the organization.
Stephen is responsible for product promotion, provider education and sales
of the client’s (Vernalis Therapeutics) product in geography in the states of
New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
During my tenure, Steve fulfilled all of the requirements of his position with
professionalism, which was greatly appreciated, given the scope of the
territory and the fact that the promoted product was one that was being
newly introduced to market. All administrative and training tasks were
submitted in a complete and timely manner, and Steve was participatory
during all meetings and training sessions. In addition, with limited
experience in pharmaceutical sales, Steve quickly became a productive
member of my team, acclimating to the task at hand the belied his short
time in the industry. Steve had placed 3rd in a region of 11 representatives
in the Northeast Region post new product launch. In addition, Stephen
demonstrated proficiency in the use of electronic devices and programs
traditionally used by a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
