Accomplishments
I became knowledgable with our Medicare clientele. I was able to explain the complications of the initial
coverage, coverage gap, catastrophic, what percentage was covered by member and what was cover by blue
shield or Medicare.
Also, I was able to assist our new hires on our assist phone line. I had less than a year working for blue shield
and I had gathered a lot of experience in that short time, that I felt confident and requested the opportunity
to try it.

I've been able to correctly determined approval/denials based on the tools provided and the knowledge I
retained from training. I've been able to trust myself and asses whenever it's crucial to have a drug request
further review by a pharmacist.

Registered new patients into our database, including insurance, medical and private information.
Correctly typed patients new prescription or assured they got correct medication when ordering refills.
