2. Business model idea
My business model idea is basically to provide oral health in backward areas like
villages slums. Due to lack of good oral clinic, the oral health of these area is very
low the reason for this is lack of good clinics and also people are not concern
about their oral health. People of these area depend on small road side dentist to
get their treatment which is very unhygienic and they don’t have proper equipment
for it. These road side doctors have skills but they do not have money for clinic and
equipment. So, my idea is to provide clinic and proper equipment to these doctor
after testing there skill so that they can do their work properly
3. Component of functionality
To setup this business first of all I need huge funds because providing skills to
these road side dentists include huge cost because we have to get a good dental
doctor who will provide them with proper skills wills include huge cost after this we
will provide these doctors with clinic and equipment at low cost which they can pay
us back monthly. This will also require huge cost in the starting but once we start
getting return it will not be a big problem
4. Business model canvas
Key partners: for this key partner will be those who are supporting this idea we will
setup many campaign to raise funds, government has also taken many incentives
to promote oral health so we will ask government to support this idea
Key activity: key activity will be to find road side dentist who want to join are idea
then giving them proper training, providing them with clinic and equipment.
5. Key resources: investors, supporters who will provide us with the funds, experts
who will train the roadside dentist
Value proposition: value provided by this is business is good oral health at a
cheaper rate to the people who cannot afford good oral health and have to
depend on these road side dentists.
6. Customer relationship: it means how will you react. By advertisement welfare
campaigns, basically to make them aware of there oral health
Channels: it means how will you reach them. By telling them the importance of oral
health by advertisement, welfare campaigns, also when they will get to know that
they can get treatment at a cheaper rate then why will they go somewhere else.
7. Customer segment: customer segment for this business is the rural people who
cannot afford an expensive oral treatment.
Cost structure: it’s the cost to set up a business for this business it is first we have
to find experts to train these dentist (expert fee) advertisement fee to promote are
idea to attract investors, cost of equipment, clinic, office.
8. Revenue stream: it means how much will you make. We will provide these doctors
with proper training, clinic, equipment the cost of which will be divide in small
instalments at a very low rate of interest which they can pay monthly or twice a
year.
