Afghanistan, destroying more than 29,000 pounds of ordnance within 6 months.
 Program Management. Oversaw ~170 personnel and a $750k annual travel budget supporting 22
different recruitment, development and management programs across 5 states. Managed the daily
operations and logistics of ~150 EOD personnel and $25M in equipment traveling worldwide.
 Interagency Cooperation. Collaborated with local, state, federal and international authorities and
experts from across the U.S. Armed Forces to design and deliver protection for the U.N. General
Assembly, 2002 Winter Olympics, Super Bowl XXXVI, VIP visits, and provide first responder training
for chemical, biological and nuclear threats.
 Training & Talent Development. Led the Navy’s EOD school, developing and delivering high-risk
training for 2,100+ personnel annually in the detection, neutralization and disposal of conventional,
chemical, nuclear and improvised surface/underwater weapons. Personally trained/certified at least
1,400 personnel as a Master Trainer, and actively developed talent at every position.

♦ Led 58 high-risk training cycles, including live explosive demolition operations, incident management,
