 Led and mentored a department of six senior enlisted personnel and over 55 sailors responsible for base services
 Responsible for the beautification of 3,409 acres, five miles of shoreline, marsh, wetlands resulting in improved

 While faced with continuous cutbacks in manpower, spearheaded the merger of positions and reorganized the
