• GTS is an application to handle the Travel Needs of CRM Field Force Team One-stop shop for most travel

support of the production Medication Delivery Data Warehouse. The purpose is to provide Information for the
production support of the Medication Delivery Data Warehouse also Known as the ODS (Operational Data
Store).
Responsibilities:
• Investigating a SQL issue.
• Continuous mirroring the working of the database.
• Resolving the failure after doing proper analysis and finding out the cause of the error.
• Up-gradation of the known errors in KEBD (Known error Database) for future assistance.
• Handling the client present at United States through phone calls whenever any job in the database fails.
