PROFESSIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 To ensure process parameter are being monitored by production Supervisor.
 To clear the line for starting production after proper cleaning and checking by production person (ALC).
 To ensure GMP, personal hygiene during packing process.
 To give the inputs to QA Manager, Production Manager / Shift Manager regarding any deviation
 Observation online and take appropriate corrective and preventive action. Reporting as per Quality Metrices.
 To check the packed stock of previous shift as per procedure provided & give inputs to QA Manager for final
FG release. Release Product/packs to be reworked and ensures compliance of reworked pack/ product with
specifications.
 To ensure caliberation of process equipments as per frequency & procedure provided.
 To ensure Rework / offline activities being carried during shift are as per Quality requirement.
 To participate during validation and trial program online as per protocols.
 To ensure that all the corrective and preventive actions agreed are being implemented in packing process.
 To ensure site delivers right first time product quality in his Shift Operation.
 Initiates corrective action for Customer complaints received from customers / GSK with coordination with
production team.
 To Monitor the CCP as per defined frequency & escalate issue if any.
 To implement FSMS requirement & compliance.
