DCS TECHNICIAN is a dedicated person who operate processing plant by controlling using
DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM ( DCS ). Also known as Panel man at some
process/chemical/ oil and gas or food processing industries. For your information this
company produce food emulsifier which is a food stablelizer for cake, chocolate, ice cream,
milk powder, bread, and almost food. This product produced by using oil refinery chemical
based plant. This process includes reaction system, stripping section, degasser/ refining
section. As a HALAL Certified, this product contains vegetable oil as raw material such as
Palm oil, Soya bean oil, Coconut oil, Sunflower oil and many more. This company are
HACCP,HALAL, MPC, KOSHER, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AIB Certification

2. - authorized and responsible person that can operate processing system
- do preparation for plant start up and shut down
- rectify any upset for both process and finishing plant
- to check raw material usage through DCS system
- responsible to update and record process data
- to discuss with QA/ QC regarding process specification
- Fire Fighting and First Aider in shift
- good knowledge in process and development
- to ensure correct operation of various refinery equipment plant such as temperature, level,
pressure and flow, vacuum system, pumps, compressors, valves, pressure vessels, tanks
etc.
- discussion and troubleshooting of process problems
- Conducting and issuing work order for mechanical/ electrical and instrument tasks such as
process monitoring, sampling, preparing and isolating equipment for maintenance
