Presently working with SK E&C India Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon, as a Deputy Manager
Administration from 10th December 2009 to till date.
SK E&C India which is a subsidiary company of SK Engineering & construction, Seoul, Korea
engaged in EPC business in oil & gas & power projects. SK Group including SK telecom, SK
textile, SK chemical & SK C&C is one of the largest business houses in South Korea with
having revenue worth USD 82 Billion & more than 10000 employees working globally.
Previously worked with Punj Lloyd Ltd, Gurgaon as a Junior Officer Administration
from 4th July 2005 to 09th December 2009.
Punj Lloyd Ltd. is engaged in EPC business with global presence for Oil & gas, power & civil
infrastructure projects.
Role & Responsibilities in Current company:
1. Expat Management:
Foreign registration & visa extension in FRRO for Korea Expats.
Transport arrangement & invoicing for expats.
Mobile purchase & recharges.
Accommodation arrangement in company guest house & rented apartments.
Emergency support.
Invitation letter preparation for visiting guests.

2. Vendors Management:
Selection of new vendors as per business requirements.
Comparative analysis of received quotations.
Proposal & approval preparation for Vendors for Management approval.
Annual service Agreement & rate contract with vendors.
Periodical review of vendor’s performance.
3. Company Cab service:
Supervision of company rented cars (50 number) for employee pick up & drops.
Routing of dropping cars (average 25 cars per day) for employees in overstay
Transport arrangement for employees for official meeting, conference etc,.
Company owned car (Management staff car - 6 numbers) periodic maintenance, insurance &
duty arrangements.
