• DameWare Remote Support includes the following connection types:
 Connect to Windows® computers:
o Use the built-in Mini Remote Control (MRC) Viewer. Benefit from
remote session tools such as chat, file transfer, screenshot capture,
locking remote keyboard/mouse, and more. Supports both attended
and unattended remote connections. This is the default connection
type and is most suitable for remote controlling Windows systems.
o Use the built-in Remote Desktop (RDP).
