7. Food is a vital element for every human. the need for something to
eat, breathe and drink is the main requirement to survive. The human
body is made out of cells, which needs nutrients to function. food
provide energy that’s necessary for the body to do all the activities:
walking, talking. Any substance containing nutrients , such as
carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, that can be ingested by a living
organism and metabolized into energy and body tissue. Food is an
edible substance that comes from animals or plants and can be
assimilated by an organism to produce energy , stimulate growth and
maintain life.
