 Responsible for circulating chasers to the clients in case of no contact
 Validating and Publishing the forms on Signet and Mosaic.
 Adding Sub-Brokers and Carrier branches to Signet and Mosaic.
 Preparing weekly reports for BU heads for various carriers.
 Addressing and Resolving queries from the clients and executing Due Diligence as per guidelines and
monitoring quality in the process.

 Analyzing the indicia triggered under Individual and Entity Indicia Review processes

 Classifying and validating the documents sent by the clients and accordingly closing the case
