Communication is a process of sending and
receiving messages through verbal and/or non-
verbal means-speech (oral communication),
writing (written communication), signs, signals
and behaviour.

It is divided into two parts:

popular and common in personal as

The process of expressing information

Written communication
Written communication means sending of
messages, orders or instructions in writing
through letters, circular, manuals, reports,
telegrams, office memos, bulletins, etc. it is
a formal method of communication and is
less flexible.

essence of non –verbal communication. Non-verbal
communication includes facial expressions, the tone and the

Two-way communication occurs when the receiver
send response or feedback to sender’s message. In
two-way communication process, the sender first
transmits the message to the receiver.
