Handling Manpower Requirements-
 Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional and operational
areas, organizing selection interviews and induction programs.
 Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of
manpower requirements for new/exciting departments.
 Sourcing profiles through Advertisement, Reference generation, networking, Internal Database.
 Screening, Validating & Short listing profiles based on Requirements and Scheduling Interviews.
 Identifies perspective candidates by telecom, e-mail & internet to determine skills, experience, preferences &
availability.
 Handling salary negotiation and compensation in line with industry standards.
Joining and Induction-
