I have been asked to provide a letter of reference for Mary Zoller who has worked with me for the
past ten years. Mary started as an office assistant and progressed steadily in her position within the
office over time to the position of Assistant Property Manager, which she has now held for several
years. Mary has been a valued and trusted employee and has been directly involved in the growth of
this company from 45 units to the current 400 managed units, along with establishing our good
reputation as a full service property management company.
Mary is very detail oriented, dependable, friendly, and contributes regularly with ideas and
suggestions on how to improve methods. She is someone who requires little supervision and is able
to prioritize and adjust those priorities continually throughout the day while being able to complete
assignments in a thorough and accurate way. She is constantly looking ahead, and regularly suggests
improvements on procedures. Mary’s duties revolve around accuracy and finding solutions to
sometimes time-consuming and problematic situations.
She has very unusual skills in the area of written communication. We have had some very
complicated issues that she was able to gather all of the pertinent information, break down the
information in a logical manner, present cohesively, and politely but firmly require an answer.
I am confident that Mary is well qualified and able to function in any capacity for which she is
