To Whom It May Concern.
My name is Miko Horn and I've worked in the Sports and Events Industry for the past 10 years. I met
Jennifer Bell at an event that I volunteered for when I relocated to Atlanta. I was immediately drawn
to her professionalism in managing all aspects of that event due to the 'level of intensity over several
days. She was a great leader who was incredibly detailed and informative in managing her staff and
the volunteers. After that event. an opportunity became available to manage a celebrity charity
basketball game for the Dwight D Howard Family Foundation. I immediately thought Jennifer would
be an incredible person to CO-Manage the event with me. Together we met with Dwight and his
family to discuss all aspects of the event and the overall goal. Jennifer immediately put together a
detailed plan of action and document which outlined roles for all team members. Since she also had a
background in working with high profile clients in a basketball setting. she was able to utilize her
creative and performance skill set to enhance the in game experience. The event was very successful
and we received wonderful feedback from the Howard family. Jennifer is very organized and always
prepared. While she has many qualities and characteristics that I admire. I appreciated the fact that
not only is she great at creating a concept of an event and outlining all details from conception to
execution but she also has the skills to work on the creative side (designing of fliers. signage, event
materials etc.) I would absolutely recommend her to any organization or individual who is looking
for a dynamic team leader on a project. Her work ethic and performance will exceed all expectations.
Respectfully.
