It has been my great pleasure to know and work with Ms. Rae Munavvar over the past six months at Amilla Fushi,
Baa Atoll, Maldives where she held the position of PR & Social Media Executive from the 16th
of December
2014 until the 14th
of June 2015 with a direct reporting line to me, the Director of PR & Social Media.
Rae can be hard working, is very likeable, enthusiastic and realistic in her expectations and worth ethics and
demonstrated initiative, intelligence and creativity. She also stood out in her ability to function as a productive
ability to communicate clearly and effective in English and
to project an open, friendly persona to other departments as well as clients regardless of their level of expertise or
backgrounds.
Rae's excellent communication skills, positive outlook and lovely personality enhance her natural work qualities.
Her willingness to accept challenges and listen to input enables Rae to contribute thoughtful, well-reasoned
approaches to helping others solve difficult problems or assist other departments in anything that was required.
I have observed Rae's involvement in a variety of PR & Social Media related projects that demonstrate her
continuing commitment to responsibilities and tasks. For example, during my absence from the resort on
business trips, she managed to follow up on all pending projects, and showed initiative. Rae also entertained and
cared for valuable clients and incoming press trips in a professional way and received positive feedback from for
example the editors at Signature Travel & Style from Australia in being a great host and PR contact during my
absence.
