Time Management
Working in the mall means were only open for certain hours. So it is essential that I have good
time management and organise my team well. In order for us to collectively get all the store
chores and tasks done.
Staff training
As a Team Leader part of my role is training staff and practicing good patience. As well as being
open minded and seeing what the team can teach me.
Welcoming and talking to people
In my current role it is essential that everyone feels welcome. So by going the extra mile and
being very outgoing our store is a place people feel comfortable and welcomed. We try and make

orders, stock orders and refunds when necessary.
