PROFILE
I have 12 years of experience working at Brammer undertaking various roles within the company.
I started in internal sales at a branch before progressing to an Assistant Manager where I learnt
more about business management; this gave me the opportunity to development my experience
around managing staff. Following this I progressed onto an Insite Manager where I was able to
gain knowledge around customers manufacturing processes and how they work and gained
knowledge on how this has an effect on the customer’s targets. My current role is an Insite
Manager at a recently opened location; Brammer has been operating in this site since July 2013;
this has enabled me to gain an insight into the food industry and the constraints that are in place
within the industry. Within all my roles I have consistently been able to establish and develop the
business in the accounts I have been working in. Through my willingness to be flexible and drive
to support my own professional development I believe that I have been able to show the added
value that I can offer the customer in terms of the savings that I can drive through the
relationships that I have built with strategic suppliers.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
I have recently completed the ILM stage 3 course which has enabled me to be a better
manager in the way that I am able to coach and mentor the staff that I work with and also
given me the tools to identify what is required and how to implement this.
I have recently been involved in the TPM level 2 course which has enabled me at my
current location to implement a number of projects that will enable the site to manage its
processes in a leaner way by implementing ideas such as line balance, 5s and the 7
wastes.
I have been able to rationalise the suppliers that were being used, also showing a
reduction in the acquisition cost that the customer has had. Over the past 2 years I have
helped the site save over £400,000 through this process.
I have put a stores process onto the site which enables the customer to have a far more
accurate process when looking at and analyzing the stock. Also then being able to
produce pareto analysis on the fastest moving and problematic items therefore being able
to come up with a solution if there is a problem with the product or by identifying fast
moving items I can then secure better prices from the supplier.
EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

done through the projects that I have been able to do on site which
has showed them the value of dealing with Brammer.

integrate as one of the team at this site.
