Treatment Plant & Preparation of sub contractors R.A. bills.
 Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to senior management.
 Checked the site works for foundation and superstructure including water proofing
treatments, concrete pouring, shuttering and formwork, production of concrete, masonry
construction and finishes.
 Co-ordinate review of contractor’s submittals, job procedure, drawings and materials.
 Responsible of overall management of project from conception to completion.
 Review variation schedules and assess entitlement and income.
 Preparation, development and review of project quality plan.
 Ensure compliance with client quality objective.
 Responsible for all engineering functions of work.
 Review project programme and update on a regular basis.
 Monitor safety and quality of contractor’s efforts.
