2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure that all the works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications,
construction plan, procedures, work instructions and codes etc.
• Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at project sites and
highlight the areas of concern.
• Liaison with all sub-contractors for drawings and method statement approval and resolve
coordination issues
• Have knowledge in procuring required materials and equipment
• Ensure goals were met by allocating appropriate staffing and resources
• Coordinate weekly quality meetings with consultant, sub-contractor coordination meeting
& internal progress meeting.
• Maintaining timely completion of various activities as per schedule and consultant’s
requirements.
• Providing Supporting Documents and Engineering Data for Change Order Claims.
• Workout quantity of materials required, type and quantity of formwork required, bar
bending schedule, surveying and layout for geometry as per the clients requirements from
approved plans and submit to the section in charge.
• Coordinating the works of various sub-contracting companies and prepares the
subcontractor bill and submits to Section in-charge.
• Able to lead a team of workers and manage to achieve the required targets of production
and reporting to management on a daily basis.
• Monitoring & controlling fire, environment protection, health, and security. Accident and
investigation reports, Tools box talk, monitoring and controlling of PTW as per safety
standards.
• Overall project supervision including technical reviews co-ordination comments of
drawings and response to queries all stages of the projects.
