Role and Responsibilities:
SpecificResponsibilities
 Make a clearance for all Civil activities (Excavation to Handing Over) through visual inspections.
 Ensure the attempting of Instructed Corrective and Preventive measures for Proceeding ofActivity.
 Issuethe NCR In case of anyFlaws observed or activities commenced without knowledge of QC.
 QC side inspections are carried out for all Pre, On-site and Post completion stage of everyactivity.
 Give a prior instructions for contractors along with Labours for effective work progress.
 Remained the Technical concepts of critical activities to Site Engineers to rectify the Mistakes.
 Maintain the whole checklist book of every villa through day by day Inspection.
 Test the Received Bulk materials and prepare IMIR for all other construction materials.
 Maintain the record for all conducted tests on materials (i.e., Sand, Quarry Powder, M-Sand and Aggregates),
prepared cube and Results obtained on steel, water, pipes & etc., which is getting from outside laboratories.
 Based on Prepared Records QC meeting is conducted with Higher Archie’s and Respective Engineers.
Additional Responsibilities
 Concentrate on other Projects (i.e., Lake View, Water Front, Palm Orchard & Paraiso) for Quality Delivery
and Prepare a remedial measures for occurred defects.
